Unit 15 Brief Summary-
In Unit 15 I have been approached by Freeview and have been asked to relaunch an ident for one of their channels. They would like people to be reminded of what their channel can offer, In the campaign I will have to include either a 1x60 second ident or 2x30 second ident and my ident need to be around a season so that is it I based off of a season, my ident will also need to have a schedule within the day.
My Ident will need to have a clear personality so that it also reflects the channel and its content Aswell as its audience. I many possibly add animation or live actions Aswell as voice overs.
Defining Audio Visual Promos:
Audio visual promos are important because they are a tool used by media companies within a lifecycle of its products. An audio-visual promo is usually released in advance of a new product launch date ad it is to educate, inform and entertain its audience and increase the final sales in the final product which is being launched or released.
The main examples of Audio-visual promos are:
- Music promos
- Trailer for a film
- Tv programme
- Gaming
- Animation
