 LO2: Risk Assessment (P3)

During the production of my Ident we will need to ensure that risk assessments are carried out and have been identified. The risks that I have identified for my idents are mentioned below:

Locations	Hazard	Risk Rating	Controls
School	Actors may not be in as they could be unwell.	Low - This is a low risk because i could use other people as a backup	Make sure the people that you need are contacted to be in.
School	Damaging school Equipment	High - This is a high risk because damaging equipment will cost a lot of money and will lead to not being able to use other equipment.	Make sure equipment is safely used and in a correct manner.
School	Rooms may not be Unavailable	Medium - There is always an alternative to not having a room.	Ask another teacher for another room.
